Kathy Barnett, author and twenty-seven year veteran military wife with nine children, will be leading this six-session small group. Each session will cover a different facet of homemaking that includes relational communication within the home, parenting, financial budgeting, menu and grocery planning, bread making, and soap making skills for fun.

There will be free childcare for a limited number of children up to age 10. Please let us know if you will need this service when registering. Coffee and tea will always be offered as well as friendly smiles and laughter.

Homefront Hearts is a small group that is designed to bring fellowship and encouragement to military wives, both civilian and active duty, while offering biblically based practical helps for their family life. Every military wife faces similar struggles juggling the many daunting tasks in keeping a family healthy and their home unscathed within the battlefield of military lifestyle. The mission of this group is to equip and encourage women in practical ways as they run their homes, but also to strengthen their hearts as they build relationships and grow in knowledge on their individual journeys with Christ. It is our desire to give each woman effective tools to help them find their greatest success within their role at home while allowing them the opportunity to find like-minded ladies to share life and help sharpen them along the way.

We will be meeting twice monthly with limited free childcare. Contact Leader for details.

Requirements: Married ladies with military connection.
