Improve your running fitness while preparing (optional) for a half-marathon or marathon distance race (TBA). You can do it! For runners at all levels - beginners to experienced marathoners. This group follows a plan that will position you to complete an endurance race, or just improve your overall health. The speed work generally focuses on interval training and will translate into faster times on race day.
Requirements: Provide your own hydration.
