Develop physical and spiritual strength and endurance as you train for triathlon with others. Training plans and devotions online, plus weekly group workouts. Novice or experienced triathletes welcome! Train and race together in local triathlons.
We will have a short Bible study followed by a run, bike, or brick (bike and run) weather permitting. We will do an indoor cardio workout with TRX bands if the weather is not favorable.
Members will also be made known of the Tuesday tempo run and Thursday speed work. There will be a Facebook page with training plans posted for members to follow for their desired triathlon distance.
