Improve your running fitness while preparing (optional) for a half-marathon or marathon distance race (TBA). You can do it! For runners at all levels - beginners to experienced marathoners. This group follows a plan that will position you to complete an endurance race, or just improve your overall health. The tempo run generally focuses on 5 to 10 mile runs at a slightly faster than race pace.
Requirements: Provide your own hydration.
