Jeff Christensen

Jeff Christensen joined the Manna staff in December of 1999, working as a janitor and attending Grace College of Divinity (now Manna University) to prepare for full-time ministry. In the fall of 2004, Jeff married his sweetheart Emily and also came onto the pastoral staff at Manna, focusing on counseling and pastoral care. With the launch of the Hope Mills Site in 2010, Jeff shifted his focus there, overseeing small groups as Connections Pastor at the new site. In April of 2012, Jeff took over as the Site Pastor for Hope Mills and served in that role for nearly ten years. In December of 2021, he moved over to the Ramsey Street Site to step in as Site Pastor there. Along with this role as a Site Pastor, Jeff serves as the Manna Care Pastor; overseeing pastoral care for Manna Church Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg region. Jeff received his Bachelor of Divinity from Grace College of Divinity in 2006 and is currently finishing a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies at Manna University.

Along with pastoring, Jeff is also a teaching assistant at Manna University and has taught numerous theology and Biblical studies courses there. He has a passion for theology and evangelical engagement in scholarship. Along with his love for academics, Jeff enjoys subculture music, philosophy, and Nebraska Cornhusker football. Jeff and Emily have three wonderful children: Rhys, Eleanor, and Thomas.
