Welcome to Manna Church. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, websites, mobile applications, and SMS/text messaging programs operated by Manna Church (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to our Easter event invitation platform available at https://evite.manna.church and our primary website at https://manna.church.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using any of our Services, registering for an account, submitting a form, or providing your phone number to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SMS COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM

Program Description

Manna Church operates an SMS text messaging program in connection with our event invitation platform. This program enables:

• Church members who register for an invite link to receive an SMS containing their personalized share link
• Event guests who complete an RSVP form to receive SMS confirmation of their RSVP details
• Opted-in guests to receive a service reminder SMS prior to the event date

How You Consent to Receive SMS Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Manna Church in the following ways:

• Invite Link Registration: When a church member completes the invite link registration form at evite.manna.church, they provide their mobile phone number and by submitting the form consent to receive a one-time SMS containing their personal invite link.
• RSVP Form Submission: When a guest completes the RSVP form, they provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive an SMS confirming their RSVP details including their selected campus and service time.
• Reminder Opt-In: During the RSVP process, guests may check an opt-in box to receive a reminder SMS before the event. This checkbox is not pre-selected. Only guests who actively check this box will receive reminder messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program:

• Invite link members: 1 message per registration
• RSVP guests: 1 confirmation message per RSVP
• Reminder opt-in guests: 1 reminder message per event

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Manna Church is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Manna Church at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described in these Terms.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available through most major US wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro PCS, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.

3. USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading information in any registration or RSVP form
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or systems
• Use our Services to send unsolicited communications or spam

4. PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services, including how we handle the phone numbers and personal information you provide.

In connection with our SMS program, we collect and process your mobile phone number solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose without your separate consent.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Manna Church or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Services without our prior written permission.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MANNA CHURCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SMS MESSAGE DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNA CHURCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR RECEIPT OF SMS MESSAGES, EVEN IF MANNA CHURCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services, including our SMS program, at any time without notice or liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina.
